Design & Processing Evaluation

Some customers provide complete drawings, while others only have samples, old parts, or on-site photos. Even with incomplete data, preliminary discussions can still be conducted to determine whether machining or alternative manufacturing is suitable based on part application, material, dimensional requirements, and equipment operating environment. This evaluation is especially suited for cases where OEM parts are discontinued, lead times are long, spare parts are difficult to obtain, or equipment requires custom-material components. Before actual production, feasibility must still be confirmed based on drawings, samples, tolerances, and operating conditions
