Wafer Arms
AMTE designs and manufactures various types of wafer arms according to customer specifications. Materials can be selected from ceramics, quartz, and various metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, etc.). Coating and gasket designs can also be incorporated based on different application requirements to satisfy diverse process needs.
Wafer Lift Pins
Wafer lift pins are primarily applied in wafer lifting operations to facilitate the pick-and-place actions of wafer arms. Materials can be selected based on application requirements, including ceramics (Al₂O₃, ZrO₂), quartz, metals (Alloy Aluminum, stainless steel), and engineering plastics (PEEK, Vespel), among others.
Plastic Injection Molding
AMTE provides plastic injection molded component manufacturing services. In addition to reverse engineering based on provided samples, we can also optimize product design and material selection. Current key products include components such as TEL CUP, PINCETTE FINGER, and NOZZLE.
Ceramic Rings
Ceramic and quartz rings manufactured by AMTE are mainly applied in equipment such as ETCH, PVD, and CVD, and have been certified by major semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan.
